  1. Application Fee of $30.00 to be sent with all application forms.  Application Fee is non-refundable.  The application form can be downloaded here.

  3. All applications should be sent with accompanying documentation to support the application: -

Evidence of Qualifications (copies of certificates / diplomas / record of learning)
Curriculum details for courses completed including subjects areas covered and hours
Breakdown of hours and subjects for all courses completed or currently studying

Upon receipt of an application for membership, the Secretary will present the application at the next available committee meeting.

The Committee of NZSCAH will assess the content of the application form and accompanying documentation alongside the Society Criteria.

Applicants will be advised by the Secretary of their acceptance or non-acceptance into the Society.

Where course content or curriculum currently being studied or previously studied does not meet the Society Criteria, advice can be given on how this could be achieved.
